What happens after you reach out
We come look at the project, usually within a few days depending on the week. The walkthrough takes twenty to forty minutes for most jobs, and you should plan to be there so you can point out the things that bother you about the space, since those are usually the details that matter most and the easiest ones to miss.
You get the written estimate afterward. If you want changes to the scope, say so and we will revise it, because it costs nothing to adjust a document and a great deal to adjust a project that has already started.

If you have a unit that needs to be ready between tenants, include your target listing date when you reach out. Turnover work runs on a calendar, and knowing your date up front lets us tell you honestly whether we can meet it instead of discovering the problem halfway through the job.
